We are looking out for Java/J2ee developers with 3-7 yrs
with the following skill sets

Skills:
Strong on “Core Java” (8/10 rating)
Strong on J2EE/EJB/Design
Pattern/JSP/Servlets/Struts/Jboss/Spring/XML
Good Communication skills
