To provide post-sales and implementation support to the
company's System Management products

To understand client's needs and articulate the link
between the company's solutions with the business needs of
customers

To take ownership of the relationship with accounts to
drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and
delivering technical information online, over the phone and
on-site

To be aware of customers' environments, both business and
technical, so that up sell opportunities are recognized and
acted upon.



Requirements:


Degree holder with at least 4 years experience in
pre-sales and post-sales area

Solid experience in implementation of system management
solution like BMC Patrol, Tivoli and Openview

Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networking, UNIX
command-line, scripting skills, SQL and Report Generation

Mandatory excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networking

Mandatory excellent UNIX command-line skills

Mandatory excellent scripting skills in k-shell, c-shell,
Perl and/or tcl/tk

Mandatory excellent SQL and Report Generation

Good knowledge of market data platforms (Reuters,
Bloomberg, Thompson)

Good knowledge of trading environment (FIDESSA, GL, stock
exchange environment)

Good knowledge of FIX (Financial Information Exchange)

Fluent to Native spoken English

Knowledge of at least 1 Development Environment
advantageous

Knowledge of programming skills in C/C++ and/or Java
advantageous

Articulate and confident phone manner
