Trainee Software Engineer



Infosoft Technologies (P) Limited,

Eligibility,Terms and Conditions:
1. Candidate who have passed out in August 2007and earlier
are
eligible with E&E,E&C,CS,IT
2. Selected candidate will execute a service agreement to
service
the Company for the continuous period of 36 months after
confirmation.
3. Selected candidate will have to pay a non-refundable
training
fee of Rs.******=00. This is payable in full before
joining.
4. Total period of training is of 12 months
duration.Traning
period will consists of 2 phases. First phase of around 6
months will be called "Initial Phase of Training (IPT)"
and
next 6 months will be called "Finishing Phase of Training
(FPT)".
5. On successful completion of IPT, candidate will be put
through
a rigorous evaluation.
6. Those who do not pass the evaluation can't be continued
in the
services of the company. They will be given a training
certificate and their service agreement will be returned
to
them.
7. After successfully passing the evaluation, candidates
will be
absorbed in to the company as "Trainee Software Engineer"
and
will undergo FPT.
8. At this stage successful candidates will be required to
pay a
refundable Training deposit of Rs.*****=00.However, there
is a
special grant of Rs *****=00 for those candidates who
perform
exceptionally well during evaluation (Maximum 10% of the
batch)
and Rs *****=00 for those candidates who perform
exceptionally
well during evaluation (Maximum 10% of the batch)
9. Trainee Software Engineer will be evaluated for the
confirmation after 2 months
10. Based on the performance of the candidates during
Training
candidates will be confirmed as regular employees at the
end of
the training .On confirmation, the salary would be Rs.1.25
lakhs
per annum to 1.8 Lakhs based on the performance.
11. Successful completion of service agreement: Upon
successful
completion of continuous service of 36 months from the
date of
confirmation, employees will have an option of leaving the
company without paying any penalty amount.
12. Refund of Training Deposit: Upon successful completion
of
continuous service of 36 months with the company, the
training
deposit of Rs *****=00 will be refunded to you along with
an
additional longevity bonus of Rs ******=00
