PHP PROGRAMMER CUM MANAGER
Job Description
He/She should manage the day to day operations of the team and test (and/or oversee testing of) client projects. Duties include:
âProject and People management:
1.Be involved in the full project life cycle including creation of proposals, requirement specification, functional analysis, planning, code checking, corrections and guiding developers for creating of functional specifications for client projects.
2.Daily management and monitoring of projects, guiding them through the full development process. This includes working with the full team to delegate tasks, set milestones, manage priorities, identify risks, and respond to issues. This person will communicate progress with the client on their project, communicate client feedback with the team, and document absolutely everything.
3.On-going communication with our existing clients on their supported projects. You will respond to client requests and provide direct answers/support when able, or escalate the request to the appropriate team member. It will be your responsibility to follow the request through to completion.
4.Creation of daily and weekly reports on billable man hours, project status, outstanding, and others.
5.Facilitate process definition and improvements throughout the organization
